CLICK & COLLECT
If you are located near our Whittlesea store, why not save on postage and join us in store to pick up your order. Simply select LOCAL PICK UP at the check out and you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect.
All click and collect orders are available for collection from 57 Church Street, Whittlesea, Victoria 3757
Store open hours are:
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm
Saturday 10.00am to 1.00pm
SHIPPING
Currently our packing time is two to five working days, however we will always aim to get your order out as soon a possible.
We use Australia Post to get your parcel to you safely.
As soon as we ship your goodies, you will receive an email with your tracking number to keep up to date with where your parcel is located.
In the case of a lost parcel, please contact us and we will launch an investigation with Australia Post. Please allow up to five working days for this to be concluded. If your parcel is deemed as lost we will issue you with a full refund or store credit.
EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Charlie Horse Toys we can exchange those products subject to the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 28 days to receive an exchange together with proof of purchase.
- Items must be in the original condition in which they were purchased
- We are happy to refund your item in there is a manufacturing fault and in line with consumer law.
- Online purchases are subject the above terms and conditions, however all associated postage is at buyers cost or item can be returned in store at no extra charge.
Please note there is no refund or exchange on sale items.
